Program Manager for the Center for Social Innovation and Enterprise (CSIE)
Faina advises students, faculty, staff and community changemakers (individuals and groups who want to create positive and sustainable change in the social, environmental and economic sectors) and supports programs such as the Semester in the City, the summer Social Innovation Internship, the annual New Hampshire Social Venture Innovation Challenge, as well as other university-wide events. She holds a B.A. in Sociology and Women’s Studies from Purchase College, an M.A. in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and is currently working on completing her M.B.A from the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics from the University of New Hampshire. Prior to joining Changemaker Education (Center for Social Innovation and Enterprise), she was the Coordinator of the Social Justice Leadership Project and Assistant Coordinator of the Women’s Studies Program at UNH. As part of the UNH Social Justice Educator’s team, Faina facilitates social justice workshops to faculty, staff and graduate students. She has also taught a number of undergraduate courses through the UNH Women’s Studies Program, including Introduction to Women’s Studies and Leadership for Social Change as well as a course in the business school, Paul Changemakers.

体育365Lu holds a Bachelors of Science in Multimedia Graphic Design from Champlain College and a Masters of Education in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration from the University of Vermont. Lu has a strong personal and professional commitment to social justice education and working with underrepresented groups.

体育365Tara holds a B.A. in Outdoor Experiential Education from Hampshire College and a M.A. in Social Justice and Outdoor Experiential Education from Vermont College. Tara's passions include facilitation and training in adventure and social justice. In addition to her administrative role, she teaches in the Outdoor Education and Social majors at UNH. One of Tara's professional highlights, is the publication of her first book in 2016 " Experiential Activities to Positively Impact School Climate".

Allyson holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Southern NH University’s advanced studies program and a Masters in Public Policy and Management from the Muskie School of Public Service at the University of Southern Maine. She comes to UNH with a breadth of experience in community leadership, civic engagement, and social justice advocacy. Allyson serves on numerous statewide boards and committees that work to embrace diversity, and create a culture of equity and inclusion.
